Atul Khanna is the Founder and Managing Director of Finman. He has over 20 years of industry experience with 6 years of executive search experience. He was a partner with Hunt Partners, a leading executive search firm for a period of over 2 years prior to forming Finman. Atul has worked on more than 50 executive level placements across industry verticals in his search career. Atul's consultative approach and industry expertise has helped him get invited to join the board of his client companies.
Prior to Hunt, Atul was Country Head, India for Boston Scientific International, the USD 10 Billion medical device giant. For 7 years Atul worked with Guidant Corporation, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in Sales, Clinical, Marketing and General Management both in India and Asia Pacific. Following the acquisition of Guidant by Boston Scientific Corporation in 2005, Atul was appointed as the Country Manager for Cardiac Rhythm Management Devices with responsibility for the South Asian and South East Asian Markets.
Atul started his career as a Systems Engineer with Intel Corporation in the US. He moved back to India in 1993 and joined 3M Corporation where he held positions in manufacturing and sales management in 3M's Healthcare group. Atul has a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University, USA.
